Purpose and legal basis of data processing
The purpose of data processing is to carry out the event as part of your registration, Art. 6 Para. 1 b GDPR.

A further purpose of the data processing is the documentation of events with photos and/or videos on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. This only concerns the creation and storage of the images/videos.

The publication of images/videos on our website or social media, is based on your consent (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), a contractual agreement (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) within the framework of § 23 para. 1 No. 2 KunstUrhG, provided that persons appear only as an accessory next to a location.

If we publish event photos on our website https://hexagonpurus.com/ as well as on our social media platforms or, if applicable, in print media on the basis of your consent, revocation of your consent is possible at any time and precludes further use from the time of revocation (retroactive revocation is not possible). For this purpose, please send us an e-mail to contact@hexagonpurus.com. The images/videos will be removed from the website or social media platform after revocation or You will be made unrecognizable on the images/videos.

If we process your data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, you may object to the data processing pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation. If we cannot provide any reasons worthy of protection for further publication and a justified objection exists, we will remove the images/videos from the website or social media platform or make you unrecognizable on the images/videos.

Categories of recipients
We use service companies and partners who are obliged to secrecy and data protection within the scope of the provision of the service for special areas, where access to personal data cannot be excluded. These categories of recipients are: IT service companies, associated companies, printers and photographers. The data will only be passed on to authorities if there are superior legal provisions. If data is transferred to third countries for processing purposes, this is done exclusively under the conditions of Art. 44 ff. GDPR.

Duration of storage and deletion of data
The photos and videos will be stored as long as a use can be considered and as long as no revocation or justified objection is made. Images that, for example, due to the image quality, the motif or lack of topicality, are no longer considered for use, will be deleted immediately.

Consents to use images will be retained for as long as the image is used. In the event of revocation or a justified objection, the images/videos used will be removed and deleted if unidentification is not sufficient. Consents, revocations and objections, as well as documentation of deletion, will be retained for three years within the ordinary statute of limitations to fulfill our accountability obligations under Article 5 para. 2 GDPR and then deleted.

Your right to obtain information (right of access by the data subject), right to rectification, right to erasure, right to object and right to data portability
You can exercise your right to obtain information (right of access by the data subject), rectification and erasure of data at any time. Please contact us using the methods described above. If you wish to have your data deleted, but we are still legally obliged to retain it, access to your data will be restricted (blocked). The same applies in the event of an objection. You can exercise your right to data portability as long as the technical possibilities are available to the recipient and to us.

Right of complaint
You can file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time.

Without correct information in your registration, participation in the event is not possible.
