Morten Holum
President & CEO
Morten Holum was appointed President of Hexagon Purus in March 2020. He joined Hexagon in 2019 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Morten has extensive international business expertise from different industries and prior to joining Hexagon, he was CEO of Saferoad Group, a leading European supplier of road safety and road infrastructure solutions. He has also held key management positions in Norske Skog, Norsk Hydro and American Airlines.
Salman Alam
CFO
Salman Alam has been part of Hexagon Purus since its early beginning in 2020 and was appointed CFO in March 2023, coming from the role as SVP Corporate Development. Before joining Hexagon Purus, he was Director of Finance at Hexagon Composites. Additionally, Salman has broad international experience within financial services, including from investment banking and M&A at Goldman Sachs and equity research at Carnegie Investment Bank. Salman holds a BSc in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and an MSc in Finance from London Business School.
Anne Lise Hjelseth
EVP People & Culture
Anne Lise Hjelseth was appointed Executive Vice President People & Culture in January 2022. She is a seasoned global HR executive with extensive international experience from a variety of industries. Prior to joining Purus, she has been in leading HR positions for Lilly, Cambi, Kitron and Wallenius Wilhelmsen. Anne Lise holds a Master of Science degree in organic chemistry from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
Dilip Warrier
EVP Strategic Projects
Dilip Warrier was appointed EVP, Strategic Projects in March 2023. Dilip previously served as CFO of Hexagon Purus which he joined in August 2020. He holds an MBA from Stern School of Business, New York University. Dilip has broad experience in the clean mobility industry. Prior to joining Hexagon Purus, he was VP Finance at Agility Fuel Solutions and an equity research analyst at Stifel Nicolaus covering clean transportation and energy storage.
Michael Kleschinski
EVP Hydrogen Mobility and Infrastructure
Michael Kleschinski was appointed Executive Vice President in March 2020. From 2016, Michael was President of Hexagon Purus and has previously held different management positions within production and engineering. He has extensive experience with design and manufacturing of composites. Michael has a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasgow and a Ph.D. in composite materials from Darmstadt University. His doctoral research was primarily conducted in collaboration with BMW, further enhancing his expertise in the field.
Todd Sloan
EVP Battery Systems and Vehicle Integration
Todd Sloan was appointed EVP Systems in 2020. Prior to his role, he was SVP Innovation and Global Business Development in Agility Fuel Solutions. Todd is one of the founders of Agility Fuel Solutions and is an industry innovator with 20+ years of experience in the clean mobility industry.
Frank Häberli
EVP Asia
Frank Häberli was appointed EVP Asia in 2023. He joined Hexagon 18 years ago and most recently held the position as SVP Asia and before that Group VP Strategic Projects. Frank has held several key management positions in Hexagon and has extensive experience and a strong track-record from international business developments projects.
Heiko Chudzick
EVP Operations
Heiko Chudzick was appointed EVP Operations in 2022. He joined Hexagon in 2018 and has broad international experience from several senior positions in the automotive sector and in ThyssenKrupp and Bosch. Heiko holds a Dipl.-Ing. with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a major in Automotive Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
