Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, you will join a team supporting our enterprise ERP team. We are in the process of maximizing our ERP utilization and in this hands-on role you will take point on developing various reports using SRS, SSIS, SSAS and IFS tools. This will involve collaborating closely with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to develop, document, test reports and dashboards. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • IFS Development including Lobbies, Quick reports, customer fields, custom menu options, power BI.
  • Develop reports leveraging SSRS, SSAS, SSIS and Dynamics AX tools. 
  • Manage and maintain the organization report catalog and institute change management for all reporting requests and changes.  
  • Meet with project team(s) regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.  
  • Meet with appropriate personnel for periodic reviews of reports and BI reports. 
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to identify the information requirements of the business.
  • Work with business stakeholders to document the business definition and logic for the key performance metrics of the company. 
  • Manage report development lifecycles, including requirements, design, development, testing and support.  
  • Leverage all aspects of BI technologies and architecture such as delivery mechanisms (i.e. portals, dashboards, OLAP), data model/architecture, data integration/ETL and reporting tools. 
  • Provide support for and ensure operational and quality service levels of our BI environment.  

Qualifications

  • Experience with IFS EE and Aurena.
  • Experience with IFS Lobby and quick report development.
  • Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft SSRS, SSIS and SSAS. 
  • Experience with Oracle SQL and/or T-SQL, ideally including BI / OLAP cubes. 
  • Familiarity with data quality and data modeling principles. 
  • Experience working with business stakeholders in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. 
  • Solid self-motivation and a results orientation. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact appropriately with senior level colleagues, vendors, and partners.  
  • Strong organizational skills. 

Experience with the following is preferred but not required:  

  • .NET. 
  • SharePoint  
  • IFS Reporting 
  • Developing data warehouses or data marts. 
  • Label designing 
  • Experience with MES related middle software (eg. Mulesoft)
